The Proteus User Meeting 2024 will take place at Hyatt at Olive 8 hotel downtown Seattle, WA

Event Fees: $3,500 per person which includes 3 nights accommodation at the Hyatt at Olive 8 (check-in 12th September check-out 15th September, all events & catering, a tabletop stand in the catering area, a 15 - 20 presentation per augmented partner by your customers showcasing what your product in combination with Proteus® systems is capable in clinical operation and how your customers are optimizing its value.
Invoicing Details: IBA will send you an invoice upon receipt of your completed registration.
Additional Nights: IBA is covering room and tax for the nights of Sept 12, Sept 13, and Sept 14 only. Additional nights will be the responsibility of the attendee. The booking rate is available 3 days before and 3 days after the event for any attendees who wish to extend their stay in Seattle.
Making Your Hotel Reservation: When you click on the link to book your hotel accommodation you will be transferred to the Hyatt at Olive 8 - IBA reservation page. To guarantee your reservation you will be asked to provide credit card details. Your credit card will only be charged if you cancel your attendance to the User Meeting but fail to cancel your hotel reservation at the Hyatt or if you cancel less than 24 hours before your arrival date. If either of these events happen your credit card will be charged for one nights accommodation and tax.
