We are looking forward to you joining us in Seattle for the Proteus User Meeting and being part of a groundbreaking movement in cancer treatment. As a visionary member of the IBA User Community, you are at the forefront of Proton Therapy. Together with our co-host Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, we are bringing together the Proteus community to share knowledge, network with experts and learn about the latest advancements in this field. By attending, you will gain invaluable insights, discover innovative techniques, and contribute to our mission of expanding access to proto therapy for all eligible patients.

Oncia Community Run

Lace up your running shoes and join members of IBA to support the Oncia Community with a fun 5km (3.1 miles) run on Saturday 14th September at 6:30am. The run will leave from the hotel taking you past the Space Needle, Olympic Sculpture Park, along the Seattle waterfront and back to the hotel. If you would like to join us, please register for the run

Attendance Details: IBA is pleased to cover accommodations, food, and beverages for up to 2 representatives from each center during the event days.

Additional Representatives: Please note that a nominal event fee of $ 1,900 will be applied for each additional representative from your center who wishes to participate. The nominal event fee covers accommodations including taxes, food, and beverages during event days. The accommodation is valid for the nights of September 12th, 13th, and 14th, 2024.

Additional Nights: IBA is covering room and tax for the nights of  Sept 12, Sept 13, and Sept 14 only. Additional nights will be the responsibility of the attendee. The booking rate is available 3 days before and 3 days after the event for any attendees who wish to extend their stay in Seattle.
